Every year the Telangana SBTET will conduct the TS Polycet Exam for the Admissions in the Polytechnic/ Diploma Course. As like every year, this year also it has released conducted the Polytechnic Exam at many centres in the state of Telangana State. Candidates who got Rank in this TS Polycet/ CEEP Exam are now waiting for the POLYCET TS Counselling Schedule for Polytechnic Admissions.
For those candidates, the SBTET Officials has released the Telangana CEEP Counselling Schedule. The TS Polycet Counselling Process is Offline. But, TSCEEP Web Counselling for Seat allotment is Online. TS Polycet Counselling Dates 2019
To participate in the TSPolycet Counselling, every student should get all the certificates verified. It can be done in any of the Telangana Polycet Counselling Help Line Centers. The Certificate Verification is compulsory. Otherwise, they are not allowed for the TS Polycet Web Options Entry. After completion of the Telangana Polycet Document verification, you can lock your choices for Polytechnic Colleges.
After few days the officials will allocate the Admission Seats based on the candidate’s Eligibility. The Board will send the Seat allotment order to your Registered TS Polycet account. Now, aspirants have to download the TS POLYCET Seat Allotment order & report in the assigned college. The Officials will release the complete TS CEEP Counselling Schedule after the result announcement.

TS Polycet 2019 Counselling Certificate Verification

TS Polycet 2019 Counselling Fee
In the Counselling process, candidates need to pay the TS POLYCET Processing Fee. The counselling fee for each student depending on their category.
- For OC/ BC Candidates: Rs. 500/-.
- For SC/ ST Candidates: Rs. 250/-.
Required documents for Telangana POLYCET Counselling
- TS POLYCET 2019 Rank Card.
- IV to X Study Certificates.
- Aadhar Card.
- S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C).
- TS POLYCET 2019 Hall Ticket.
- Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2019 by competent authority, if applicable.
- Residence Certificate of either of parents in Telangana State for a period of 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
- Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP)/NCC/SPORTS/Minority Certificate, if applicable.
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
- Residence Certificate of a candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
Certificates to be produced by PH/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports/ Minority Candidates for TS Polycet 2019 Counselling
- For PH: Physically Handicapped Certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Only 40% and above disability candidates are eligible.
- For CAP: Children of Armed forces Personnel Certificate issued by the Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer, Identity card and Discharge book ( in the case of ExService men) and Service Certificate (in the case of in-services men) issued by Competent Authority for verification.
- NCC & Sports: The Certificates issued by competent authorities.
- Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master.
- Anglo-Indian Candidates: A Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence.

TS Polycet/ CEEP 2019 Counselling Process
- First of all, candidates have to download the TS Polycet/ CEEP Rank Card.
- After that, check the Telangana CEEP Counselling Date for your Rank because it is going to hold according to the Rank Wise.
- On your Rank date get your certificates verified at the given TS POLYCET Help Line Center.
- Later, Make sure for the choice of your course before going to exercise the web options.
- Now you have to select some colleges in which you want to get admission through the CEEP Telangana Web Counselling.
TSPolycet Certificate Verification Process
- Visit the TS Polycet Counselling 2019 Center/ Venue on your Rank date.
- When your Rank called during the Counselling Process, Submit the Counselling Application Form & Original certificates.
- There you have to Pay the processing fee at the time of the Counselling.
- Keep the Counselling Fee Receipt safely to Perform the web options.

Telangana Polycet Web Counselling Process for Options Entry
- Visit the TS Polycet official website – polycetts.nic.in
- Search for the TSPolycet 2019 Web Options Link.
- Now click on the Web Options Link to exercise the options.
- Enter the details like Polycet Hall Ticket Number in the space given there.
- And Click on the Submit.
- As soon as you click on Submit, you will direct to the Web Option Portal page.
- There, depending on their interest, they have a chance to chose the college as well branch.
- After Locking the choices submit the Options Entry form.
- After few days, seat allocation will announce through SMS to the applicant’s registered Mobile number & Email Id.
- Download the seat allotment letter from your TS Polycet Registration account and go to the allotted college at a given time & submit it.
TS Polycet Seat Allocation Method
The Telangana SBTET will allocate the Seats for Admissions in Diploma Course in Polytechnic Colleges to the participants according to the merit list. All Shortlisted applicants have to appear for the TS CEEP documents verification process before the Seat Allotment.
